Present on stand. Sister M. [Margaret] T. Smoot and Counsel. Sisters Zina. [D. H.] Young E R Snow. and E [Emmeline] B Wells from Salt Lake City.

Said. each President is expected to represent her society. inasmuch as the Relief Societies are for the elevation of woman I wish to hear from all that we may know of what spirits you are, and how your meetings are conducted. remember we are Sisters Striving for the same great end.

Sister E. R. Snow Gave the Sisters instructions concerning their several duties. alluded to the powers of darkness trying to divide the Saints of God Showed the difference between taking a right or a wrong course. Said Joseph [Smith] organized the Relief Societies according to a pattern given him. exorted the Sisters to save grain that when famine comes we will be prepared for it. Spoke of the responsible Positions held by the Presidents of the Primary Associations
