[. . .] Sister L. [Lula G.] Richards proposed organizing a publishing board that would be benificial in contracting [contradicting?] some of the falsehoods that are published against us.

Sister Snow was annominated [nominated] president, and the matter was held over for further consideration.

Sister Snow said, I wish to bear my testimoney to the truth of the remarks of one of the Sisters.

The Sister Sayed she had heard President [Brigham] Young say, Out of this people the Lord will call a people that will obey Him in all things. I myself heard him make that same remark three times
