Minuites of a meeting held at the school house to organize A Female Releif Society they were present Bishop David Evans Mr Wm [William] H Winn Mayor of Lehi Allderman Israel Evans Mrs Eliza R Snow Mrs Sarah Kimbal [M. Kimball] &c. &c
[. . .] the Bishop then Requested Sister Snow to read the Recor Records of the organization of the first Female Releif Society at Nawvoo after Mrs E R Snow read the Record the Bishop Said we will now proceed to organize this Female Releif Society [. . .] [p. 1]

Sister Snow then arose and Said your Bishop your president [Sarah T. Coleman] and her Councellers [Barbara A. Evans and Martha P. Thomas] have Desired me to address you she then Delivired a highly interesting Discourse imparting such instruction to the officials as she deemed Necessary in Concluding she predicted the Society would increas and prosper
