1 Born at Becket, Berkshire County, Massachusetts; daughter of Fanny Johnson and Ezekiel Barnes. 2 Married first Warren Smith, 1826; five children. 3 Baptized, 1831. 4 Moved to Kirtland, Geauga County, Ohio, 1837. 5 Survived the attack at the Hawn’s Mill settlement on Shoal Creek, Caldwell County, Missouri, 1838; husband and one son were killed. 6 Moved to Quincy, Adams County, Illinois, 1838. 7 Married second Warren Smith (no relation to first husband), 1839; three children. 8 Moved to Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois. 9 Joined the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo, 1842. 10 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1850. 11 Divorced, 1850. 12 Served as assistant secretary in the Great Salt Lake City Relief Society, 1854. 13 Served as counselor to Priscilla Staines in the Salt Lake City Twelfth Ward Relief Society presidency, 1868–1879. 14 Died at Richmond, Cache County, Utah Territory. 15 (See Document 1.2, 1.5, 2.1, 3.13, 3.16, 3.17, 4.1, first mentioned here)
