Born in Jericho, Vermont; served as teacher to Seneca Indians at Cattaraugus Mission Station in New York; married Daniel Conde in 1836; sailed with her husband to Hawai‘i in 1836, members of eighth company of missionaries sent by ABCFM; stationed at Hana, Maui, 1838–48, and Wailuku, Maui, 1848–55.
