Ebenezer Orlando Wilcox was born on 5 February 1859 to James David Wilcox and Anna M. Robinson in Farmington, Utah Territory. He moved to Fielding, Utah Territory, around 1878 and married Abigail Abbot on 26 April 1883. He was a farmer and a merchant and also served in the bishopric and Sunday School superintendency of the church in Fielding. He died on 10 January 1947 in Santa Monica, California, where he was visiting his son, and was buried in Farmington, Utah.[1]
