Born 23 Apr. 1878 in Salt Lake City.[1] Son of William W. Woods and Melvina Caroline Whitney.[2] Grandson of EBW.[3] Died of diphtheria at age nine, 20 Oct. 1887, in Salt Lake City.[4]
